Security & Safety: Special attention has been given to both the physical aspect of security as well as Electronic security. The facility is surrounded by 7 ft. high boundary wall. The two main entrances are well guarded round-the-clock by armed security guards. The gates and the perimetry are under 24-hour infrared CCTV surveillance and all movements are recorded in a centralized location and backup of every recording is done regularly after an interval of 20 days on DVD and kept in safe archive. All in-bound and out-bound movements are well recorded and personnel are physically frisked and scanned using handheld devices.
Entry to Production Floor, Server Room, Administration & Accounts Department, Board Room, and Director's Cabin is restricted through RFID Access Control Systems allowing access only to respective authorized personnel bearing the Access Controlled Cards with Photo IDs. A second level of security has also been installed for entry to highly sensitive areas for added security making access with access card and with keypad lock simultaneously.


Disaster Prevention/Recovery: Our facility would comply with industry standards and ensure detailed disaster prevention/recovery procedures to manage and minimize damage or disruption, and ensure stability in case of a disaster. Our backup system would be operational 24 hours per day with no data loss or interruption in service in the event of system failure.
We practice Fire and Earthquake safety drills regularly to educate our workforce on safety measures and organized evacuation.

INFRASTRUCTURE
System and Data Security: Monitoring of activities occurring in our system to prevent and/or detect any breach. All file transfer is protected by the use of HTTPS secure Internet transfer protocols, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, and 128-bit encryption. All the servers have firewalls installed to prevent unauthorized Internet interception and have the latest anti-virus software on every server to protect against Internet viruses. Our customers can be assured that their information, whether in transmission or in storage, cannot be accessed without proper authorization, nor intercepted, decrypted, or altered.
