Eldocs Infrastruture

El-Docs Techno Park has Tier III ready Data Center and is built over an area of 20,000 sq. feet. It is strategically located in NOIDA, a dynamic part of the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi. It is well-connected to South & Central Delhi by an 8-lane, WI-FI enabled Expressway and DND flyway.

Our Tier III data center is geared for functioning 24x7x365 days without any downtime. It is equipped with state of the art technology, including:

ROUTING & SWITCHING

  • 2 X 2620 Cisco routers: Connected to two different service providers on WAN side and in HSRP mode on LAN side.

  • 5 X Cisco 2960G (48 port switch): For meeting the switching requirement of the premises. Separate VLANs are created on the switch for segregation of the application traffic.

  • Internet Connectivity: The facility is online by dedicated internet links of 2 Mbps with a fail-over leased link of 2 Mbps from two different service providers.

 

NETWORK & SECURITY

  • AMP Certified network cabling: Provides flexible and standard based connectivity between the devices.

  • Firewall: Pix Firewall in high availability mode protecting internal network from external threats.

  • Intrusion Prevention System (IPS): To accurately identify, classify, and stop malicious traffic, including worms, spyware, adware, network viruses, and application abuse, before they affect business resiliency. Integrated with deep inspection content filtering. The access to Internet is filtered through the content filter.

SYSTEM & DATA SECURITY

  • El-DOCS’ facility complies with industry standards and ensures detailed disaster prevention/recovery procedures to manage and minimize damage or disruption, and ensure stability in case of a disaster. Stringent Network Security policies, System Security policies and Physical security policies are in place.

  • IPSec VPNs: All existing customers’ data is tunneled through VPN links utilizing point-to-point tunnels between the customer’s data centers and the Eldocs facility. These tunnels are typically IPSec.

  • Dial-in facility: We have a dedicated VPN concentrator for supporting a large number of VPN dial-ins if needed.

  • Disaster Prevention/Recovery: Daily whole disk backups for all our servers are done to a RAID-5 NAS. Weekly off-site magnetic media backups are also taken.
