on-site (if needed) to understand your requirement and work process. Based
on which a pilot is designed and implemented through a dedicated team. The
pilot’s learnings are constantly ploughed back till it is perfected
and a “Client Manual” devised. These tools are actively used
to train the team and scale up the project gradually.

What do I need to provide during the setup process?
A. To begin a pilot project with you we would need the same tools you use
internally (training and reference materials, works aids, etc.) to equip
your new employees in the tasks we will be performing for you. Beginning
with your own productivity benchmarks, we will establish objectives for
a successful test. Working samples of your input and output documents are
used to design optimized workflows. We will need to define how our systems
communicate information with each other.
Initial train-the-trainer training usually conducted by our visit to your
site. Subsequent up-training can be conducted remotely via net followed
sometime later by having your trainers visit our facilities for fine tuning,
if the need be. The startup time frame depends on the sophistication of
the project. Typically, from concept agreement to pilot evaluation, a new
project can be implemented in 4 to 12 weeks' time. Ramp up of your project
can be paced according to your business needs.

personnel are on company's payroll.
